One Billionaire

OBTRTA is the official digital companion for One Billionaire to Rule Them All, a satirical strategy board game about wealth, influence, institutions, media, coercion, and control. Create or join a game, choose your foundation and power base, and use the app to manage the systems behind the physical board. OBTRTA keeps each player's information organized while handling the hidden systems, national conditions, crises, actions, and calculations that drive the game forward. Features include: - Create and join multiplayer games with a simple game code - Track wealth, political influence, media influence, force capacity, public opinion, assets, and controlled nodes - Take major and minor actions directly through the app - Manage crises, status effects, hidden institutional systems, and national updates - Follow your progress toward the endgame - Resume active games from your device - Access the rules library and turn guidance while you play No email sign-up required Every path to power has consequences. Build wealth, capture strategic territory, shape public opinion, influence institutions, undermine rivals, and decide how far you are willing to push the system. OBTRTA is a very-close-to-realistic simulation of what might happen should a handful of billionaires conspire to take over the USA (while still being fun), so make choices carefully; rational decisions lead to rational results. The app is designed to be used alongside the physical One Billionaire to Rule Them All board game (releasing soon, email me at [email protected] for more info). Technically speaking, this game can be played independently of physical components for those who wish to try it before buying the full game. Additionally, because of the application interface and tracking, OBTRTA is perfect for playing remotely with friends in far-away places, and can be paused or played on a "when you have time" basis.
