The alarm editor includes a 30-second alarm test to help check sound, vibration, and challenges on your device. HardWake uses Android alarm scheduling and restores schedules after a restart. Device settings, volume, permissions, and battery restrictions still affect alarms. Alarms cannot ring while the phone is powered off. Open HardWake again after force-stopping it. Walking requires a compatible step sensor; QR and barcode challenges require camera permission. YOUR ALARM DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE No HardWake account, no ads, and no third-party analytics. Alarms, wake history, settings, and the location used for Tahajjud stay in local storage. Scanning is processed on your device; HardWake stores a code fingerprint, not a photo or the code's contents.
