Nyrami is your tool against kidney disease. After you sign in, you build a kidney profile and the app adapts to it. FOOD Scan a product, or search for it, and get an answer right away: enjoy, small portion, or avoid. Potassium, phosphorus, salt and protein are judged against your kidney passport. More than a hundred recipes are judged the same way, with search and filters. TRAINING Walking, stretching and strength at your own pace. The sessions have video, exercise by exercise. You set your weekly goal, and the app counts the sessions. MY NUMBERS Blood pressure, weight, fluid and activity, measured at home. If you have diabetes, blood sugar too. Add the numbers from your blood test, such as creatinine, eGFR, potassium and phosphate, and see how you are doing, explained in plain words. LEARN Short articles on kidneys, food and everyday life, chosen from your kidney passport. KIDNEY PASSPORT Stage, treatment, other conditions and medicines. The kidney passport guides the judgements across the whole app. Change it whenever you like. ASK NYRAMI An assistant that answers your questions, matched to your kidney passport. Ask Nyrami is part of Nyrami Pro. NYRAMI PRO Nyrami is free for everyone. With Nyrami Pro you support running and developing Nyrami, and the fight against kidney disease.
