Noted

Noted is a private note-taking app. No accounts, no cloud, no internet permission. Your notes never leave your phone unless you export or share them. Notes, images, drawings, and audio are encrypted with AES-256 under a key protected by the Android Keystore (hardware-backed on supported devices). Screenshots and the recent-apps preview are blocked. Lock the app with a PIN (6+ digits) or password (8+ characters), with rate limiting on wrong attempts. Optional Enhanced Security ties the key protecting all your data to your PIN/password and biometric, and wipes the keys from memory a few minutes after you leave Noted. There is no PIN reset: if you forget your PIN or password and can't use biometric, your notes cannot be recovered. Keep an exported backup.
