Nüwa: AI Nutrition Coach

Nüwa is a nutrition coach that works the way you actually eat. Most calorie trackers ask you to search a database, pick the right entry and guess a portion. Nüwa asks you what you ate. Type it, say it out loud, or take a photo of the plate — the AI works out the calories, protein, carbs and fat, and logs it against your day. LOG A MEAL IN SECONDS • Photograph your plate and get an estimate straight away • Describe it in your own words: "rice, beans and grilled chicken" • Say it out loud, and Nüwa transcribes it and reads it back as macros • Or enter the numbers yourself, always TARGETS THAT COME FROM YOU Your calorie and protein goals are calculated from your age, height, weight, activity level and the objective you set. They aren't a number you have to research. Change any of those and the targets follow — and you can override them by hand whenever you want.
