Nuur Reflections

Questions worth sitting with. Nuur Reflections is a deck of Islamic reflection cards built on the Quran. Every card starts with a verse, then asks three questions that go from easy to honest. Use it on your own, with your spouse, with your family, with friends or in your halaqah. HOW A CARD WORKS Each card shows a verse in Arabic with its English meaning. Flip it and three questions open one at a time: - Opening: brings the verse into your own life - Deeper: looks at what the verse actually says - Honest: the question you would rather avoid Every question is tied to its verse. Take the verse away and the question stops working. That is the point. 225 CARDS ACROSS 15 TOPICS Self & Soul, Marriage, Marriage Deeper, Pre-Marriage, Parenting, Parent & Child, Friendship, Wealth, Health, Business & Work, Youth & Identity, Grief & Loss, Mental Health, Death & the Hereafter, and Stories of the Prophets. JUST YOU, THE TWO OF YOU, OR A CIRCLE Tell a topic that reflects. - On your own: write as you go. Your reflections stay on your phone. - As a couple or a pair: each question tells you who answers first, so the same person is not always first on the hard ones. - In a group or halaqah, every question carries a simple etiquette, and the session closes with the dua for the end of a gathering. PARENT & CHILD Fifteen cards written for a parent and a child aged 10 and up. Pick who is holding the phone and every question turns to face the other person. Swap next time and the questions turn around. FOR MARRIAGE AND NIKAH Marriage, Marriage Deeper and Pre-Marriage cover the conversations couples keep putting off, and the ones that should be settled before the nikah, not discovered after it. MORE THAN A DECK - A free card every day, the same for everyone, so you can share it - A daily reminder that carries the day's question - Questions come back: after a month or more, a question you answered returns next to what you wrote the first time - Write and save your reflections privately - Share any question as a clean image card - An optional timer for each card - Each topic keeps track of how many cards you have reflected on TRY IT FIRST Every topic has free cards to try, plus the free daily card.
