L’application de calculs nutritionnels NutriSphere® est un outil simple qui permet aux diététiciens et étudiants en diététique de calculer rapidement les apports nutritionnels de recettes ou d’anamnèses, en encodant manuellement le poids des aliments et préparations ou en cliquant directement sur des photos de portions. Elle se base sur les données Ciqual et des photos de portions (assiettes, verres) issues du manuel « Outil pour estimer la consommation alimentaire. Photos de quantification – Composition nutritionnelle », conçu initialement dans le cadre du projet Nutripole. NutriSphere® permet de consulter les valeurs nutritionnelles d'aliments simples ou composés, de créer des patients afin de calculer leurs consommations alimentaires, ainsi que de calculer les moyennes de plusieurs anamnèses. Pour certaines préparations, différentes photos de portions sont disponibles et il suffit de cliquer sur l'image de la portion consommée afin que la quantité adéquate soit ajoutée à l'anamnèse. L'application permet également de calculer les valeurs nutritionnelles de recettes, de créer de nouveau aliments, de lier des recettes à des patients ou clients (restaurants, etc.). Application payante, abonnements sur www.nutrisphere.be. Possibilité d’essai gratuit pendant un mois.
