Customer Service Con BUP Customer Service, il tecnico può gestire le chiamate a lui attribuite o visualizzare le chiamate ancora da attribuire che sono state inserite in back-office attraverso Business Cube Il tecnico può prendersi in carico la chiamate, imputare le ore di manodopera o i ricambi necessari nell’intervento e, al termine, generare il rapportino di intervento che può essere inoltrato al cliente. Tutte le chiamate chiuse tramite Customer Service BUP, saranno poi sincronizzate sul database di Cube per essere inglobate nella fatturazione delle chiamate. CRM Business UP Con CRM Business UP e’ possibile generare delle offerte intestate al Lead, visualizzare le offerte gia inserite tramite Business UP ed utilizzare lo storico delle offerte per generare nuove offerte in modo semplice e veloce. L’Agente può generare anche delle attività su Lead che saranno poi visibile, dopo la sincronizzazione, nella sua consolle CRM di Business Cube.
