ATTENDANCE - Mark attendance with a single tap - View your attendance history, hours worked, and daily records REMOTE LOGIN & WORK FROM HOME (PERMISSION-BASED) - Remote login and Work From Home are available only to employees who have been given permission by an authorised person (such as your reporting manager or HR team) - These options appear in the app only after access is granted. If you have not been granted permission, you will not see them - Once enabled, you can clock in from outside the office, and your location is recorded during remote work sessions - View your location pings and hours worked for each remote session LEAVE MANAGEMENT - Apply for leave in seconds - Track leave requests and approval status - See your leave balance and available holidays WORK FROM HOME REQUESTS - Submit WFH requests with a single tap - Get notified when your request is approved EMPLOYEE PROFILE & DOCUMENTS - View your profile, employee ID, team, and reporting manager - Upload and view your documents (ID proofs, salary slips, letters) - Preview documents and photos in-app NOTIFICATIONS - Real-time push notifications for approvals, updates, and announcements SECURE & RELIABLE - Encrypted data transfer - Your data is stored securely and accessed only by you and your authorised HR team WHO IT'S FOR HRMS is for NSEG employees. Your account is created by your HR team, so you can sign in with your registered email or mobile number and start immediately. GETTING STARTED Sign in, and allow location access when prompted if remote login or Work From Home has been enabled for your account. LOCATION PERMISSION Location permission is required only for remote login and Work From Home. These features are visible only to employees who have been granted access by an authorised person. When enabled, HRMS collects location data, including in the background during active remote work sessions, to record attendance and location pings. Location data is used only for attendance and work tracking and is never used for advertising.
