Your NPL blood panels arrive as readings you can actually use, with the lab's own printed reference ranges, not as a PDF you have to decipher. Every marker is kept across every draw, so you can see the direction of travel rather than a single number in isolation. Connect your phone or your watch. Link Health Connect on Android or Apple Health on iOS to bring in steps, sleep, resting heart rate and active minutes automatically. You choose which app supplies the data, and you can disconnect it at any time. Follow your Kalpa Age. Kalpa Age is a wellness estimate built from your blood markers and your recent activity. It appears only when there is enough recent data behind it. When something is missing, the app names what is missing instead of filling the gap with an average. Ask questions about your own numbers. Ask Kalpa answers in plain language, using your own readings and trends. It explains what a pattern is associated with and what is worth discussing with a doctor. It does not tell you what you have. Keep your records in one place. Upload your own reports, letters and images and keep them alongside your NPL results. Know when a panel is due. When your data suggests a marker has not been measured for a while, the app says so and lets you arrange your next panel with NPL. There are no ads and nothing else is sold to you. YOUR DATA AND YOUR CONTROL You decide what you share. Every consent is recorded, shown to you in Data and Privacy, and can be withdrawn at any time. Your health data is used to show you your own health. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising or for any insurance decision. You can export everything the app holds about you at any time. You can delete your account and the data behind it from inside the app, or at health.nationalpathlabs.com/delete-account. Deletion removes your readings, your activity history, your uploaded documents and your profile. IMPORTANT NPL Health is a wellness product.
