NOW Fitness

NOW Fitness is a training log that turns every session into progress you can actually see. EVERY MUSCLE EARNS ITS OWN RANK Instead of one number, every muscle group gets its own level, from Wood all the way to TOP. One look at the figure tells you what is strong and what is lagging. Ranks come from the sets you logged, not from estimates. LOG A WORKOUT WITHOUT SLOWING DOWN Pick an exercise, type the weight and reps, tick the set. The app remembers what you lifted last time and shows it right next to the set you are on. A rest timer runs between sets. EXERCISE LIBRARY Hundreds of exercises with form guidance and the muscles they work. Build your own routines in seconds and start one with a single tap. PERSONAL RECORDS The app tracks your best lifts and charts how they grew over time. Every record shows your best set and how far you are from the next tier. XP, LEVELS AND STREAKS Every workout earns XP and pushes your level up. A day streak keeps you honest on the days you would rather skip. NOW BAND Pair a NOW Band and the app adds recovery, daily strain and sleep to your training. Scores are built from your own baseline, so they describe you rather than a population average. You also get heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, guided breathing and silent vibrating alarms. TRAIN WITH FRIENDS Add friends, see their workouts in the feed and react to them. Message each other, start group chats and squads. A coach can send training plans straight to their members. SEVEN LANGUAGES English, Slovak, Czech, German, Polish, Hungarian and Slovenian. Free to try. NOW Fitness and NOW Band are sport and wellness tools, not medical devices. The readings are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. If you have a health condition, talk to your doctor.
