TripFund keeps group travel money honest. Pool the cash, log what everyone spends, and let TripFund work out exactly who owes whom at the end of the trip. No spreadsheets, no arguments, no accounts to create — and no internet connection required. WHAT IT DOES • Trips — Run several trips at once, each with its own budget, dates, cover photo, currency and members. • Choose your currency — Pick from 24 currencies per trip, so a trip abroad reads in the money you actually spent. Amounts are labelled, never converted, so no exchange rate can ever change what you recorded. • Members and roles — Add everyone travelling, name one Trip Leader, and archive members who drop out without losing their history. • Treasury dashboard — See the total pool collected, cash still in hand and total spent, updating live as you log entries. • Contributions — Record what each member puts into the pool. • Purchases — Log itemised spending and split each purchase across only the members it applies to. • Automatic balances — Every member's contribution, fair share and final position (surplus or deficit) is calculated for you. • Transaction timeline — One chronological feed of every contribution and purchase. • Receipt photos — Attach a photo to any purchase from your camera or gallery. • Audit log — Deletions are recorded permanently, so the numbers can always be reconciled. Export the log as PDF or CSV. • Reports and export — Share trip reports as PDF or CSV. • Backup and restore — Save the whole trip database and its receipt photos to a single ZIP file you control, and restore it on any device. • App lock — Protect your records behind your device PIN or fingerprint. • Guided hints — Kumo, the in-app guide, explains each screen the first time you reach it, and you can replay the whole tour from Settings whenever you like. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE TripFund has no servers, no sign-up and no ads. Every trip, member, amount and receipt photo is stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is tracked and nothing is sold. Data leaves your phone only when you choose to share a report or create a backup file.
