Now Alarm is an alarm app featuring 3 one-tap alarms. When activated, each one can appear as a widget on the main page or as a full-screen display. PLUS, you may discover more uses for it over time. I find it especially useful as a reminder to Stay Now — to be fully present. Why? Much of human suffering comes from being trapped in thoughts about the past or the future. We often identify with the voice in our head, mistaking our worries, judgments, memories, and fears for who we truly are. The path to inner peace begins with becoming fully aware of the present moment, because life is always happening now. Here, the one-tap alarm doubles as Stay Now Alarm, which can gently pulling you out of distracting thoughts and bringing your attention back to the present. You can set reminders every 1, 3, or 10 minutes — or at any custom interval — to help you notice the present moment again and again, until presence becomes a habit, allowing you to focus only on what you're doing right now.
