Full description

NowData Config is the app engineers use to set up NowData hardware. It takes a router from the box to a live connection with the NowData platform, on site, from a phone. Sign in with the account your organisation gave you, choose the site you are at, pair with the router over Bluetooth, then follow the steps to put it on the site's Wi-Fi and register its controllers. The app shows you the full configuration before it commits, so a mistyped network or a controller on the wrong cold room gets caught while you are still there. Once setup finishes, the site is live in NowData and its temperatures, alarms and controls are available to the people monitoring it. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Browse the organisations, sites, routers and controllers you have access to, ordered by how far away they are - Find nearby compatible routers over Bluetooth - Work through the configuration step by step: connect, Wi-Fi, model, controllers, confirm - Check the full configuration, including router code, MAC address, instance, site, network and attached controllers, before completing setup - Keep viewing site information you have already loaded when the signal drops WHO IT IS FOR Installation and service engineers working with NowData hardware, and customers setting up their own units. This is a companion app for equipment you already have. It needs a NowData account approved by your organisation and there is no public sign-up.
