NutriFam: Healthy Family Meals

Everyone at your table eats differently. NutriFam plans for all of them at once. One person is watching blood sugar, another is cutting salt, the kids need more protein — and you still have to answer "what's for dinner?" every night. NutriFam is a family meal planner that builds a weekly meal plan around each person's health needs, then turns it into one grocery list. BUILT AROUND THE PEOPLE, NOT A DIET Add each family member with their own health conditions and allergies. Every dish is screened against all of them, and NutriFam tells you which member the meal is good for and why. The allergies you enter steer every suggestion away from them — but always check the ingredients yourself before cooking. YOU PICK THE INGREDIENT, IT PICKS THE DISH Enter the main ingredient you want to cook — chicken, tofu, salmon — choose breakfast or dinner, and say whether you have 20 minutes or an hour. You get real dishes with full ingredients and step-by-step instructions, not a generic recipe dump. VIETNAMESE AND AMERICAN COOKING, TOGETHER Most meal planning apps only understand Western food. NutriFam cooks both ways, so one week can hold canh chua and a sheet-pan roast. A WEEK OF MEALS IN ONE TAP Plan only the days and meals you actually cook — weekdays only, dinners only, or the full week. The weekly planner follows your schedule instead of forcing one on you. THE GROCERY LIST WRITES ITSELF Every planned dish becomes one clean grocery list. The same ingredient across different meals is combined into a single line with the amounts added together, and each item shows which dishes need it. Check items off as you shop. YOUR MEAL LIBRARY GETS SMARTER Save the dishes that work and rate them after you cook. The meals your family likes come back; the ones they don't, don't. WHAT'S INSIDE • Family profiles with per-member health conditions and allergies • AI dish suggestions driven by a main ingredient you choose • Quick (under 35 minutes) or take-your-time cooking modes • Full recipes: ingredients, steps and nutrition estimates • A flexible weekly meal planner — your days, your meals • Automatic grocery list with combined quantities and dish labels • Cook-and-rate loop that improves future meal suggestions A NOTE ON ALLERGIES AND NUTRITION NutriFam steers suggestions away from the allergies you enter, but this is a convenience feature, not a food-safety system — always read every ingredient and product label yourself before cooking or serving. Nutrition figures are estimates to help you compare dishes, not medical advice. NutriFam is a meal planning tool — for anything affecting treatment, talk to your doctor or dietitian.
