Notesica - Private Notes

Notes that are actually yours. Notesica is a note-taking app with no account, no cloud, and no subscription. Your notes are written to your phone and stay there. Pay once, if you ever want to: the app is fully usable free. WHY PEOPLE WOULD SWITCH TO NOTESICA NOTHING LEAVES YOUR DEVICE No account. No sign-up. No cloud. Your notes are stored on your phone and are never uploaded anywhere, so there is nothing for us to see, sell, or lose. COLOUR-CODED FOLDERS Give each folder its own colour, pick from the palette or dial in any shade. Pin what matters, archive what is done, search across everything. A REAL EDITOR, FREE Bold, italics, underline, strikethrough, bullet and numbered lists, checkboxes, quotes and code, all free. Not a locked-down demo. ONE HAND, EITHER HAND Tell Notesica which hand holds your phone and the new-note and search buttons move within reach of that thumb. Left-handed? Finally, an app that asks. RETRO OUTSIDE, MODERN INSIDE Ivory paper, square corners and fine gold hairlines: the warmth of software from twenty years ago, before every app went flat and grey. Underneath it is thoroughly modern: a rich-text editor, dark mode and instant search. SMALL AND QUIET About 4 MB. No bloat, no AI upsell you did not ask for, no notifications begging you to come back. NO SUBSCRIPTION, NO ADS Notesica is not free-with-ads and it does not want a monthly fee. The app is free to use, and one optional payment unlocks the extras. SEVEN LANGUAGES English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch and Croatian. WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Aeroplane mode, the Underground, a dead zone. There is nothing to sync, so there is nothing to wait for. No sign-in, no sync spinner. NOTESICA PRO - ONE PAYMENT, YOURS FOREVER Everything above is free. Pro adds: - Unlimited folders (the free app gives you Main plus one) - Text colours and font choices - Export any note to a clean PDF - Share a note as text, anywhere - Search inside a long note - Auto-save as you type - Back up every note to one file, and restore it on a new phone No subscription. Pay once and keep it. GOOD TO KNOW Because nothing is uploaded, nothing is recoverable if you lose your phone, so export a backup from time to time. Notesica tells you this on first run, because we would rather say it up front than in a support reply. Made by one developer who was tired of watching ads to write things down. Download Notesica and see.
