Hosmane: RSVP & Fee Tracker

"Chasing RSVPs in chat, tracking fees in a spreadsheet, sending reminders one by one" — Hosmane brings the organizer's juggling act into one app. It handles RSVPs, member communication, and fee tracking end to end — built for the people who run events, teams, and clubs. ■ Who it's for - Coaches, managers, and parent reps of youth sports teams - PTA officers and committee members - Organizers of clubs, alumni groups, and neighborhood associations - Anyone organizing a party, BBQ, or one-off event ■ Key features [RSVP tracking] Create an event and responses are tallied automatically. See who hasn't replied at a glance and send a reminder with one tap. [Reply for the whole family] Register family members and a parent can reply for everyone — "big brother is in, little brother is out" made simple. [Automatic fee calculation & tracking] Set fee tiers (by grade, role, and more) and each participant's fee is calculated automatically. Record payments (cash, transfers, and more) and reconcile them right in the app. [Announcements & organizer chat] Broadcast announcements to all participants, and keep organizer discussions in a dedicated chat — nothing gets buried in personal threads. [Invite with a link] Share an invite URL to gather members. Joining requires organizer approval, so your group stays private. [Works for one-off events too] No group needed — use it for a single party or BBQ. ■ Built for peace of mind - Children's info is registered with a guardian's consent - Optional allergy info is visible only to members of the same group, and hidden once someone leaves - Photos posted to chat are stored with GPS location data removed ■ Pricing All features are free to use (ad-supported). An optional ad-free subscription is available. ■ Please note Hosmane is a management tool for calculating and recording fees. It does not process or transfer money — collect payments in cash or via the services you already use. ■ Support https://www.nos-co.jp/apps/hosmane
