Get the light where it needs to be. Beam Pilot® helps you correctly adjust NORDIC LIGHTS® work lights on heavy-duty machines using machine-specific lighting configurations. The app guides you through the adjustment process step by step, helping create a consistent lighting setup across individual machines and entire fleets. Beam Pilot connects to our BeamPal light adjustment device, which is placed on each work light during setup. BeamPal measures the light position and communicates with the app to guide you toward the correct tilt and phi angles. LED indicators on BeamPal make the process simple by showing exactly which way the light needs to move up, down, left or right. Once one light is correctly adjusted, simply move BeamPal to the next light and continue. Built for demanding machines Beam Pilot is designed for machines used in mining, construction, agriculture, forestry and material handling, where properly adjusted lighting supports visibility, safety and productivity. Machine-specific lighting configurations Each lighting configuration is created for a specific machine and application. Simply select the machine and follow the guidance for each work light to achieve the intended light distribution around the machine. Your fleet, your configuration Your own fleet and personalized lighting configurations can be uploaded to Beam Pilot. This makes it easy to work with setups adapted to your machines, installations and operating requirements.
