Nomo: Tax Deduction & Logbook

Nomo keeps your car logbook, work receipts and work from home hours in one app, and it does the remembering for you. Drives are picked up automatically in the hours you set, so there's no start button to forget. Start with 14 days free, no card needed. Built for Aussie employees who pay their own work costs: tradies, nurses, teachers, sales reps, real estate agents and FIFO crews. • Why Nomo Most trackers only work if you remember to press start, every drive, all year. Nomo doesn't need you to remember. It picks up your drives in the hours you set, keeps your receipts, times your home hours, and shows one running total of what you've tracked. Then you sort it all with a swipe when it suits you. • Car logbook Run your 12 week logbook on your phone instead of a paper one in the glovebox. Nomo logs each trip's date, kilometres and purpose, works out your work use percentage from the trips you sort, and creates a logbook report built around the ATO's requirements, for your records or your tax agent. • Work trips Nomo records your drives automatically using GPS, in the work hours you choose. Swipe each trip work or personal and pick a purpose like Client meeting, Site visit or Delivery. Work trips are added up at the current ATO cents per km rate. • Receipts and expenses Snap a receipt and Nomo reads the merchant, amount and date, and suggests a category. Mark each expense Work, Mixed or Personal. • Work from home hours The ATO's 70c an hour fixed rate method needs a record of the actual hours you work from home. An estimate isn't accepted. Tap to start, tap to clock off, and Nomo keeps every session, so there's no guessing at tax time. • Know your deductions before July See what you've tracked so far this financial year across trips, expenses and home hours. No need to wait until July to see where you’re at. • Ready at tax time Export a PDF or CSV report of every trip, receipt and home hour for myTax or your accountant. • Who it's for Tradies, nurses, teachers, sales reps, real estate agents, engineers, construction workers and sole traders. Anyone who drives, buys things or works from home for their job. • What it costs 14 days free, every feature, no card. After that, keep using Nomo free with manual entry, or choose the Full Plan for automatic trips, receipt scanning and reports: $23.99 a month or $239.99 a year. • Your data Nomo only uses your location to record trips in the hours you choose, and you can switch tracking off any time. Your data is never sold. Nomo is a record keeping tool. It is not a registered tax agent and does not give tax advice. heynomo.com.au Support: [email protected] Terms of use: https://heynomo.com.au/terms-of-service/ Privacy policy: https://heynomo.com.au/privacy-policy/
