Nom Nom Calories is a calorie and macro tracker built around one idea: logging food should take a sentence, not a search. Type what you ate the way you would say it out loud, and the app works out the calories, protein, carbs and fat. Check the numbers, adjust anything that looks off, and confirm. HOW LOGGING WORKS Type "two rotis, dal and a bowl of curd" and get an itemised estimate you can edit before saving. Rename any item, change the grams, or type your own numbers. The same box understands workouts and weigh-ins. Type "ran 5k" to log a workout, or "70 kg" to record your weight. Both are handled on your device with simple pattern matching, no AI involved. You can attach a photo to a log to keep a visual record of the meal, and share it to your friends feed if you want to. ABOUT THE AI ESTIMATES Food estimates are generated by an AI language model from the text you type. They are approximations, not measurements. Portions and recipes vary, so use them as a guide and edit anything that looks wrong before you save it. Nom Nom Calories is a general wellness and tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary or clinical advice. WHAT YOU GET - A daily calorie budget that grows as you move, showing what you have left - Protein, carb and fat bars against targets you can rebalance yourself - A calorie target calculated from your height, weight, age, sex, activity level and goal, changeable at any time - A day-by-day timeline of everything you logged, with edit and delete on every entry - A calendar to look back at, or fill in, any previous day - Weight, calorie, step and sleep graphs on the Progress page - A logging streak, with a share card you can post if you feel like it - An intermittent fasting timer with 12, 14, 16, 18 or 20 hour targets and a live countdown - Works offline: your diary lives on your device and syncs when you are back online HEALTH CONNECT (ANDROID) Connect Health Connect to bring in steps, workouts, sleep, distance and calories burned from the apps and wearables you already use, including devices that write through Samsung Health. Read access only. The app never writes anything back to Health Connect, the connection is optional, and you can switch individual metrics off or disconnect from inside the app at any time. FRIENDS, NOT AN AUDIENCE Your feed is private to friends you have added yourself. No public feed, no follower counts, no strangers, no discovery page. - Add friends by mobile number and see their logs in one shared timeline - Like and comment on what your friends log - Create groups of up to 6 friends, set each other daily tasks, and keep a group streak alive with photo proof - Group proof photos are encrypted at rest and deleted automatically after 24 hours You choose how much is shared, and the setting applies to every post automatically: - Everything, including meal names and photos - Calories and macros only, with no meal names and no photos - Nothing at all, and keep using the app on your own PRIVACY AND CONTROL We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. There are no ads anywhere in the app. Delete individual entries whenever you like, or delete your entire account from Settings under Delete account. Deleting your account erases your diary, posts, comments, photos and friend connections from our servers. FREE, AND OPTIONALLY YOUR OWN AI KEY The free plan includes 3 AI food logs per day. Workouts, weigh-ins, manual edits, graphs, fasting, Health Connect and everything social are unlimited and always free. For unlimited AI logging you can connect your own Groq API key in Settings. Your key is stored in your device keystore. There is nothing to buy inside the app. BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD Sign-up uses a one-time code sent by SMS and currently requires an Indian (+91) mobile number.
