Nominal is a discreet performance and readiness tool built for aviators — not a wellness app, a readiness system. • READINESS TELEMETRY — sleep, HRV and duty load read against your own baseline, on-device. • CALIBRATION — 90-second visual and breathing resets that settle a busy mind, no "meditation." • SOUNDSCAPES — synthesized cockpit/masking audio to wind down in a noisy hotel. • CO-PILOT — a human-factors assistant grounded in CRM/TEM, available fully on-device. Private by architecture: no account, biometric-locked, and a one-tap wipe of device and server. In Private Mode, your conversations never leave the phone. Nominal is not a medical device and not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line (resources are built into the app)
