What's new

- Minor UI rework. - Removed ads after adding/editing server entries. - Improved terminal implementation. - Improved error handling for saved password encryption, now it will disable the feature instead of crashing. (There will be a warning if this happens.) - Improved handling of large responses. - Added protocol error reporting. - Added better crash reporting using crashlytics. - Preparation for an ad-free option.
