Voting - Fixed an issue where the voting arrow reverted to the unvoted state after a successful vote. - Fixed an issue where users were incorrectly treated as not having permission to downvote when the server did not specify whether downvoting was allowed. Push Notifications - Push notifications received during a cold start are now more reliable and will no longer be terminated by the system before the notification appears.
