NoCoach: Your AI Fitness Coach

NoCoach is an AI workout coach and gym log. It writes your training plan, tracks every set, and sets your calories and macros. You show up and lift. Pick a coach. Tell them your goal, schedule, and equipment. They build the week. You log the session. They check in. WHAT YOU GET • Workout plans for muscle, strength, fat loss, or a comeback • Gym, home gym, or bodyweight sessions for your days and equipment • Set logging with rest, exercise swaps, and PRs • Calorie and macro targets, meal logging, and barcode food scan • Body weight, measurements, and progress photos • A coach you can text between sessions HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose one of ten coaches. Each one talks to you and texts in a different voice. 2. Set your goal, experience, training days, session length, and equipment. 3. Follow the plan. Log sets in the gym. Log meals as you eat. 4. Check in. Ask for a swap, a harder week, or a session that fits travel and a sore joint. TRAINING Your coach builds the program around how often you can train and what you have. Full gym, home gym, bands, or a mix. Swap a lift, drop a day, or add work by texting them. The log keeps sets, reps, rest, and the weight you lifted. FOOD Calories left, logged meal by meal. Carbs, fat, and protein against your targets. Scan a barcode for packaged food, or open a food for the full breakdown. PROGRESS Body weight, measurements, and progress pictures from the front, back, and side. Steps, sleep, and workouts can sync from Apple Health so the plan stays in context. THE COACH The coach is an AI, not a person and not a doctor. Training and nutrition in the app are fitness guidance, not medical advice. If you have pain, an injury, or a medical condition, stop and see a qualified professional. NoCoach is for adults 18 and older. NOCOACH PRO NoCoach Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. • Weekly or monthly. The price is shown in the app before you confirm. • Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. • The plan renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. • Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. • Deleting your NoCoach account does not cancel the subscription. • Restore purchases is in the app. • There is no free trial.
