WIPfolio

Welcome to WIPfolio, a cozy project tracker that turns your knitting and crochet works-in-progress into a beautiful fabric swatch board. Every project sits on a textured felt surface, held in place by a pearl-headed pin, bringing the warmth of a real craft board to your device. The Board screen welcomes you with embroidery hoop counters that cross-stitch your total, in-progress, and completed numbers onto linen, giving you an instant sense of how your craft is unfolding. Right beside those hoops, a tomato pincushion acts as a quick-add button that opens a blank fabric tag where you can name your project, pick a craft type, and set its stage. Your creations appear as linen swatch cards edged in a colored ribbon: dusty pink for knitting, sage green for crochet, soft terracotta for weaving, and lavender for other fiber arts. The Projects tab lets you scroll through your entire collection arranged as a pinned vertical board, and you can search or filter by craft type and status to find exactly what you need. Tapping a card opens it for editing, so you can adjust the name, change the stage to planned, in-progress, or completed, or remove it entirely whenever your work evolves. Completed projects receive a tiny silver thimble charm that dangles from the pin by a fine thread, a rewarding detail that feels more personal than any checkmark. Marking a project as a favorite stitches a small red thread heart into the lower corner of its card and gathers it on the dedicated Favorites tab. When no favorites exist yet, you’ll see a single empty pin with a gentle thread loop and a quiet message that keeps the board feeling intentional rather than empty. All your data lives only on your device, so your project log stays private, always accessible offline, and free from accounts or cloud services. The bottom navigation uses oversized wooden buttons laced with colored thread, where the active tab lifts slightly with taut thread and a soft glow while the others relax flat, making every tap feel tactile. WIPfolio gives knitters and crocheters a soothing, clutter-free way to manage multiple WIPs without complex patterns or sterile lists. It celebrates your craft with threads, thimbles, and texture, helping you treasure every stitch of your creative journey.
