Paynix: Budget Ledger

Paynix is a compact personal ledger built around the way everyday transactions appear: some are entered by you, while eligible financial alerts can become records with your permission. The app brings those entries together with a monthly budget, savings targets, and simple summaries, using Philippine peso (₱). 1. Build your ledger Enter income or expenses with an amount, category, date, and optional note. When you activate Scan SMS and allow access, Paynix checks supported transaction alerts from banks, e-wallets, and payment services. Recognized details can be placed directly into your ledger without a separate review screen. Message analysis stays on your device. Paynix does not transfer or keep complete SMS bodies on its servers. Personal conversations, verification codes, promotional texts, and other messages unrelated to financial transactions are excluded. You can leave SMS access disabled and continue entering records manually. 2. Read the month at a glance See monthly income, expenses, and recent entries from the home screen. Simple charts provide another way to review how recorded spending is distributed. 3. Set limits that stay easy to follow Create a monthly budget and assign amounts to four preset groups: Food, Transport, Bills, and Other. Spending progress and the amount remaining are updated from your recorded expenses. 4. Keep savings moving Set a goal name, target amount, and target date. Add savings contributions over time and check both the current progress and previous contribution entries. 5. Keep a copy of your records Choose the required period and export available bookkeeping entries as a CSV file. The file is saved or shared only through the system option you select on your device. Paynix is intended for personal record organization and budgeting. It does not connect to bank accounts, transfer money, process payments, issue loans, make credit decisions, provide investment services, or offer financial advice.
