Barcode & QR Scanner Keyboard

Give every phone on your team a barcode scanner. Your staff scans directly into the systems they already use - SAP Business One, Oracle WMS, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Excel, Google Sheets or your own web app - with no integration work and no code. The scanned value appears in the field exactly as if it had been typed. DEPLOYING ACROSS A TEAM? Volume licensing, unlimited device licences, custom-branded builds and white-label versions are available. Request a quote at barcode-keyboard.eu and we will scope the rollout with you. HOW IT WORKS Install, enable it as a keyboard, tap any input field, switch to the scanner keyboard and scan. No app switching, no copy-paste, no special setup, and no changes to your existing systems. SCANNING CAPABILITIES - All major 1D barcodes: EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code-39, Code-93, Code-128, ITF, Codabar - 2D codes: QR Code, Data Matrix, PDF-417, AZTEC - Batch scanning for bulk data entry - Barcode trimming to strip unwanted leading or trailing characters - Auto-scan with keyword triggers for repetitive workflows - Speed mode for scanning successive barcodes - Flashlight for low-light warehouse and field environments WORKS WITH ANY APP - NO INTEGRATION NEEDED This is a keyboard, not a standalone scanner. It works everywhere text input is accepted, which makes it a drop-in keyboard wedge replacement for legacy and third-party systems where the software cannot be modified. WORKS COMPLETELY OFFLINE The scanning engine runs entirely on-device. No internet connection required, so it suits warehouses, field service locations, remote sites and networks with restricted access. REST API INTEGRATION Send scanned data straight to any web endpoint. Configure custom URLs, POST or GET, authentication headers, and transmit to your backend in real time. Connect to ERP, WMS, CRM or custom inventory systems without building a mobile app. BUILT FOR EVERY INDUSTRY - Warehouse operations - receiving, picking, packing and shipping - Inventory management - stock levels, audits and cycle counts - Field service - mobile scanning without bulky devices - Retail and POS - scan products on any Android device - Logistics - shipments, delivery confirmations and parcel tracking REPLACE EXPENSIVE SCANNING HARDWARE Zebra, Honeywell and Datalogic handhelds run $400-900 per unit and Cognex Bluetooth scanners need proprietary hardware. This delivers the same capability on the phone already in your pocket. ENTERPRISE READY - Unlimited device licences for company-wide and fleet deployment - Custom-branded builds with your logo and colour scheme - Ad-free on all paid plans - OEM and white-label versions on request - GDPR compliant - all scanning is processed locally on the device Planning a rollout, need pricing for a team, or want a branded build?
