Nikea

Nikea — Team Fitness Challenges. Start or join a challenge with friends, family, or colleagues and chase a shared goal together — steps, active minutes, distance, calories, elevation, or workouts. Nikea securely reads your daily activity from Health Connect and counts it toward your team's goal, with live leaderboards, streaks, a personalised daily coach and routine, and friendly reminders. Nikea uses Health Connect (read‑only, with your permission) to measure your contribution to your challenges. Your health data is used only to run these features — never for ads, and never sold. You can revoke access anytime in Health Connect. REACH A GOAL, TOGETHER Create a team challenge in minutes — active minutes, steps, distance, elevation, a weight or body-composition target — and watch everyone's effort move a single team needle. Invite teammates by username; when they accept, they're on the board. SYNC YOUR WEARABLE Connect Apple Health and let your steps, distance, active minutes and energy flow in automatically. Nikea also supports Garmin, Fitbit/Google and Health Connect, so your activity counts without manual logging. STAY MOTIVATED EVERY DAY - A personal coach suggests tailored exercises based on your goal and whether you're ahead or behind pace. - A shared daily routine keeps the team moving together — breathing, hydration, movement and a daily laugh. - Smart reminders nudge you at the right time, and a final-hours push rallies the team before the finish. TRACK THE RESULTS THAT MATTER Log weight, body-fat or waist for a body-composition challenge, with a private daily check-in and reminders. Add optional progress photos — always private to you, never shown to the team. PLAY FOR REWARDS Put Nikea coins on the line: set an entry fee, and the top finishers share the pool at the end. Redeem coins for vouchers, merch or a charity donation. (Coins are a virtual currency and can't be exchanged for cash.) SHARE YOUR WINS Turn your progress into a beautiful shareable card and celebrate with friends. Whether it's a company step challenge, a gym cohort or a group of mates, Nikea keeps everyone accountable and moving — because goals are easier to reach together. Nikea is a fitness and wellbeing app and does not provide medical advice. Consult a health professional before starting any exercise or measurement programme.
