What is The Blue Light? The human eye can sense electromagnetic waves between 380-780 nm. The blue light is composed of the components between 380-500 nm and has the highest energy of light that we can see. It is also produced by non-natural light sources (electronic devices) other than the Sun. Damages of The Blue Light As a result of scientific studies committed, long-term exposure to blue light has been found to damage tissues in the retina layer. At the same time, it was found that it also inhibited the secretion late of the melatonin hormone which affects the circadian rhythms including the sleep cycle.
