Full description

**Weight loss that actually stays off** 95% of people who lose weight gain it back. Drugs work until you stop taking them. Diets fail when willpower runs out. The problem isn't you—nothing else fixes the system that controls hunger and fat storage. Nico does. **How it works** Nico connects with an energy monitor to read your body's energy data in real time. An AI coach guides you through personalised habit changes—small, stackable adjustments that retrain your metabolism. No impossible meal plans. No calorie counting. Just visible progress and intelligent coaching that adapts to your physiology. **What you get** - Real-time glucose monitoring and insights - AI coaching that learns your patterns and context - Habit-building system based on behavioural science - Evidence-based metabolic training programme - Progress tracking without obsession **Why Nico is different** Most apps flood you with data or generic advice. Nico interprets your biodata and tells you exactly what to do next. It knows your body, your day, and your progress—then guides the specific action that helps. Your body regulates energy through glucose, not calories. Insulin, cortisol, and circadian rhythm determine fuel partitioning and appetite. Nico uses continuous feedback loops to retrain these systems through repeatable habits, not restriction. **Built for lasting results** - Burn body fat by restoring metabolic flexibility - Boost GLP-1 naturally (the hormone weight-loss drugs mimic) - Reduce insulin resistance and stabilise energy - Keep weight off without dependency **Who it's for** Adults struggling with energy, weight, or metabolic health—especially those who've tried everything and remain sceptical of conventional approaches. Nico Health is a general wellness app for informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The energy sensor measures glucose via interstitial fluid and, whilst it is a medical device approved by UK, European, US, UAE, South African, Australian regulators and many other, is not intended for medical decisions related to diabetes or any other health condition. Always consult with your healthcare provider before using Nico Health and before making any medical decisions. 18+ only. Type 1 diabetics are not allowed to be a Nico member.
