NextZero Agent provides secure Zero Trust access for enterprise users, helping authorized users connect to private company applications, internal services, and protected network resources. The app is designed for organizations that use the NextZero platform to manage secure remote access, device-based access control, and enterprise connectivity policies. Use of Android VpnService NextZero Agent uses Android VpnService as a core part of its secure access functionality. The app creates an encrypted device-level tunnel between the user’s Android device and authorized NextZero enterprise gateways or controllers. This VPN tunnel is required to securely route authorized traffic to private enterprise resources according to the organization’s access policies. Without VpnService, NextZero Agent cannot provide secure Zero Trust remote access to protected company applications and internal services. NextZero Agent does not use VpnService to manipulate ads, redirect traffic for monetization, collect browsing data for advertising, or provide hidden traffic interception. Network traffic through the tunnel is encrypted between the Android device and the authorized VPN tunnel endpoint.
