TutorOS: Tuition & Fee Manager

TutorOS is the all-in-one tuition management app for independent tutors and coaching institutes in India — replacing WhatsApp groups and paper registers with one app for batches, fees, attendance, exams and scheduling. If you're juggling multiple batches and dozens of students, TutorOS handles the admin so you can focus on teaching. BATCH & STUDENT MANAGEMENT Create batches with recurring weekly schedules. Students join with a simple invite code — no manual entry needed. FEES Track fee payments per student, per batch, per month. One-tap reminders, waivers, and a full revenue overview with collection rates and 6-month trends. ATTENDANCE Mark attendance for a whole batch in one tap. Get automatic low-attendance warnings. EXAMS Schedule exams per batch and get AI-suggested, conflict-free time slots based on your timetable and student availability. SMART SCHEDULING Need to fit in an extra class? AI checks your timetable and every student's schedule to instantly suggest a slot everyone can make. NOTES Upload notes by photo, organize by subject and chapter, and time-lock them for release at the right moment — backed by your own Google Drive. COMMUNICATION Broadcast to an entire batch or message a student directly, with file and image attachments — plus automatic postponement notices when you cancel a class. STUDENT APP Students track their fee status, view notes, get push notifications for updates, and manage their own weekly schedule. Built by Nexelion.
