“We love NexCT because like us they have a long history in discount travel,” said Travelstart’s CEO Stephan Ekbergh. “We are strong in the consumer segment and we want to bring consumerization to the corporate and government sectors, where NexCT is an emerging star.” NexCT is a next-generation online booking solution designed to transform travel management by streamlining the entire booking process from requisition to reconciliation. Recognizing that customers are tired of traditional booking processes and that Travel Management Companies need to keep pace with evolving technology and customer demands, NexCT positions businesses at the forefront of travel automation and client convenience. The platform combines multiple aggregators and NDC content to search for comprehensive travel options including air, car, transfer, and hotel inventory, ensuring policy compliance while providing complete transparency and highlighting potential savings. NexCT features secure POPIA-compliant traveler profiles, mobile approvals with full audit trails, and simplified credit card reconciliation through a centralized document repository. The system can integrate with client accounting systems and HR information to ensure data accuracy and eliminate duplicate work. As a SOC2 and PCI DSS compliant solution, NexCT securely manages customer data and payment information. It uniquely offers both an agency system with extensive content options and a Corporate Booking Tool for clients, including a supplier portal for offline suppliers to be processed as online ones. Real-time reporting capabilities enable corporate clients to better manage their travel through data ownership and control, while agencies can proactively service client needs with full transparency.
