See the statuses you have already viewed, and keep the ones you want. This app reads the folder WhatsApp already writes on your phone when you view a status. Nothing is downloaded from anywhere, nothing is uploaded, and it all works with no internet and no account. Not affiliated with WhatsApp LLC or Meta. Works with WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open WhatsApp and view the statuses you like. 2. Open this app and allow the status folder once, when Android asks. 3. Everything you viewed is there. Tap to save. WHAT IT DOES • Photos, videos and voice statuses, newest first, with a duration badge and a "new" mark on what you have not seen here yet • Full-screen viewer — swipe between statuses, pinch to zoom, play videos with controls, and save, share or repost without leaving it • Save to your gallery at the original quality. No re-encoding, no watermark, no cropping • A countdown on each status, because WhatsApp deletes a viewed status about a day after it writes it • Saved tab, grouped by day, with favourites, search by type, and undo on delete • Select many at once and save, share or repost them together • Repost straight back to your own status, with the same file • WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business side by side, or interleaved THE PARTS OTHER APPS DO NOT HAVE • Keep for up to 7 days. Turn it on and the app copies each status you view into its own folder, so you can still save it after WhatsApp has deleted it. You choose 1, 3 or 7 days and how much space to use, and the copies delete themselves on that schedule. • Trim and split. Cut a long video into 30, 60 or 90-second parts that post one after another as consecutive statuses. The original quality is kept wherever the file allows it. • Save a frame. Pause a video status anywhere and save that single moment as a photo. • Voice statuses. Listed, playable, and savable as real audio files. • Private save. Keep a status out of your gallery entirely — it stays in this app's own folder and in the Saved tab, and no gallery app shows it. It is not encrypted and this app does not pretend it is; it is simply not in your gallery. • Storage insight. See exactly how much space your saves take, find files saved twice, delete everything older than 30 or 90 days, and a three-step guide to backing the folders up with Google Photos. • Message a number without saving it as a contact. ADS THAT BEHAVE This app has ads, and they are kept to the moments where they do not get in the way. Never an ad when you open the app for the first time. Never an ad on the status you just tapped. Never an ad in the viewer. There is at most one full-screen ad after a save, never twice in ninety seconds, and never more than a few a day. ABOUT YOUR FILES The statuses are files WhatsApp already put on your phone. Saving copies one into Pictures/StatusSaver, Movies/StatusSaver or Music/StatusSaver, where any gallery or file manager can open it — they are yours, and uninstalling this app does not delete them. Android needs you to allow the status folder once, by hand. That is Android's rule, not this app's, and it is the only permission this app asks for. There is no "all files access", no contacts, no location, no camera.
