Tallmark: Grow Taller AI

Tallmark is a height journal and habit game for teens aged 13 to 19, with Tally the giraffe for company. Wondering how tall you will be? The internet is full of pills and promises. Tallmark gives you an honest, approximate answer. LOG YOUR HEIGHT (FREE) • Record your height with a date and look back over your history. • Measuring tips: your height changes by about half a centimetre across a day. • Add your weight too if you want. No BMI, no goal, no opinion. PREDICTED ADULT HEIGHT (PLUS) • See an estimated adult height and a likely range, worked out from published growth methods (Khamis-Roche and the CDC growth charts) using your own measurements and your parents' heights. • Follow your growth chart, with the projection, shaded range and a marker at every birthday. • It is approximate, not clinically calibrated, and your adult height may fall outside it. EVERYDAY HABITS, NO PRESSURE • A daily quest with four small tasks: Move, Fuel, Rest and Hydrate. • Track movement, meals, sleep, water, mood and weight over days, weeks and months. Log a meal by typing it or, if you turn it on, by photo. • Streaks, XP, levels and badges that reward showing up, never a number about your body. TRAIN • 23 guided exercises and 4 routines (Morning Stretch, Posture Reset, Wind Down, Jump Day), with animated demonstrations. • Stretching, posture, back and strength moves that help you feel and move well. We do not claim any make you taller. COACH (PLUS) • Reviewed answers to common questions: How much sleep do I need? Do growth supplements work? Does hanging from a bar help? • Optional: Chat with Tally. Ask in your own words and get an AI-written answer that fits your logs. It is off until you turn it on, never invents a height prediction, and answers questions about self-harm, eating worries, pain or medicine on your phone instead. AI can be wrong and is not medical advice. • Every health source is listed in the app. COMMUNITY (FREE, OPTIONAL) • Post short notes about everyday habits, reply and cheer people on, by topic. • You are a nickname and an animal: no real name, no email, no photo. • No private messages, photos or links. Posts are filtered; report or block anyone. • Your height, weight, age and logs are never sent or shown. WHAT TALLMARK WILL NEVER DO • Promise that any exercise, food, supplement or stretch will make you taller. None of them add centimetres, and we say so. • Grade your meals, set a calorie target or show you a BMI. • Score your mood, compare you with others or show you ads. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No sign-up with your name or email. • Your records stay on your phone, out of cloud backups. Export or delete them any time in Settings. • Chat with Tally and meal photos are off until you agree on their own screens, and never send your name, birthday or notes. • No analytics, no tracking. FREE AND PLUS Logging, history, the daily quest, day and week tracker views, the first exercise in each category, Community, export and safety pages are free, always. Tallmark Plus unlocks the predicted adult height and growth chart, the Coach, every exercise and routine, and the Month views. Tallmark Plus is an auto-renewing subscription: US$5.99 per month, or US$69.99 per year with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The app shows prices in your currency. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the trial. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions at any time.
