Full description

Robust & Redo is an application where people can prepare for unexpected situations through interactive scenarios and exercises. The app is designed to help users build their preparedness by facing different types of events and making decisions in situations that could arise in real life. These situations can range from minor everyday problems to larger societal disruptions, crises, or other unforeseen events. A central part of Robust & Redo is that the content is created by people who design various events and scenarios within the app. Those who create these events can decide for themselves what kind of situation to simulate and how it should unfold. This means the scenarios can cover many different types of unexpected situations — for example power outages, IT incidents, natural events, security problems, crisis management, or other realistic challenges. Creators have great freedom to design the scenarios and can tailor them to specific needs, target audiences, or training purposes. Robust & Redo can be used in many different contexts. For individuals, the app can be a way to increase their personal preparedness and learn how to act in difficult or unexpected situations. For businesses, it can be used as a tool for training, exercises, and internal crisis preparedness. Organizations can create scenarios that help staff practice decision-making, collaboration, and incident handling. Municipalities and other public-sector actors can also use Robust & Redo to simulate and practice various types of societal events. By creating realistic scenarios, organizations can test procedures, improve coordination, and strengthen their ability to handle crises. By combining scenario-based learning, flexibility in how events are created, and the ability to adapt content to different needs, Robust & Redo enables both individuals and organizations to develop their preparedness in a practical and engaging way. The goal is to make people better prepared for the unexpected and give them the tools to think, act, and collaborate when situations arise.
