ClouDi es la aplicación móvil para personas con diabetes y su equipo de salud. Te permite registrar y consultar tus niveles de glucosa de forma sencilla, conectando tu glucómetro con la plataforma de datos clínicos. ¿QUÉ PUEDES HACER CON CLOUDI? • Cargar lecturas de glucosa desde tu glucómetro por USB, Bluetooth o foto de la pantalla del dispositivo. • Compatibilidad con medidores como Abbott FreeStyle Precision Neo (Optium Neo) y otros dispositivos soportados. • Visualizar tus datos en gráficos e historial para un mejor seguimiento del control glucémico. • Sincronizar información con la plataforma de salud para que tu médico o clínica tenga acceso actualizado. • Añadir notas y comentarios sobre tu evolución y compartirlos con quienes cuidan de ti. • Gestionar tu perfil de diabetes (tipo, diagnóstico, datos personales). • Recibir notificaciones cuando tu equipo de salud o clínica realiza acciones relevantes. • Historial clínico y opciones para compartir datos con familiares o profesionales autorizados.
