Store listing

Full description
Every Android app is built from separate screens called activities. Most apps put just one of them in your app drawer, but many contain dozens more — a settings sub-page, a diagnostic panel, a device information screen — with no icon of their own. Activity Explorer lists all of them, lets you open them directly, and lets you pin the ones you use to your home screen. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Browse every app on your device, with a count of how many screens each one declares and how many you can actually open • Search app names, package names, and screen names all at the same time — you do not need to know which app a screen lives in before you can find it • Open any screen its developer has made available to other apps • Add a home screen shortcut to any screen you use often, with a name you choose • Star screens as favourites, and jump back to what you opened recently • Filter the list to your own apps or to system apps DESIGNED FOR MODERN ANDROID • Material 3 throughout, with dynamic colour drawn from your wallpaper • Full light and dark themes • Edge-to-edge layout and predictive back • Adapts to tablets and foldables with a side navigation rail • Long class names are shown short-name-first, so the list stays readable • Content descriptions and generous touch targets on every control HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT CANNOT DO Android protects screens that a developer has marked private to their own app. Activity Explorer still lists those, greyed out, and tells you in plain language why they will not open. No app can open them — that is an operating system rule, not a missing feature here. Activity Explorer does not try to work around it. PRIVACY Activity Explorer collects nothing. There is no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no network code of any kind. The list of installed apps is read on your device and never leaves it. Your favourites and recent list are stored in the app's private storage and are deleted when you uninstall. The app does not request the broad "query all packages" permission, so it sees only apps that have a launcher icon. It requests no runtime permissions at all. WHO IT IS FOR Android developers checking how an app is put together. QA engineers who need to jump straight to a specific screen. Support staff reaching a settings page that is buried five taps deep. And anyone who likes knowing exactly what is installed on their own phone. Free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
