Riichi mahjong with the girls of Gensokyo, powered by spell cards. Touhou Spell Mahjong is a fan-made mahjong game featuring characters from the Touhou Project. The rules are standard riichi mahjong, plus one twist: every character has a spell card. Prefer it straight? Turn spell cards off and play classic riichi. - SPELL CARDS: ONE TRUMP CARD PER GAME Reimu's Fantasy Seal pulls good tiles to you. Marisa's Master Spark adds han to your win. Sakuya's Private Square swaps your draw for a better one. Cirno's Perfect Freeze freezes your opponents. Satori's Terrible Souvenir lets you see their hands. 18 characters, 18 ways to turn the game around. - FOUR MODES Free Match: pick the players, East-only or East-South, spell cards on or off, and your opponents. Four difficulty levels: Easy, Normal, Hard and Oni. Gensokyo Tour: from Misty Lake to the Scarlet Devil Mansion and the Lunar Capital. 18 stages, each with local opponents and a goal, like "finish 1st", "win with Seven Pairs" or "win without dealing in". Clear a stage and its characters join your team. Dungeon: single-hand battles, floor after floor. Beat the floor master's score to go deeper, with a boss every 5 floors. Every win earns a mahjong tile in bronze, silver, gold, diamond or rainbow. Can you fill all 170 slots of the tile book? Discard Practice: 10 hands of 14 tiles. Pick the discard, then check it against shanten and useful draws to learn tile efficiency. - 2, 3 OR 4 PLAYERS 4 players: the standard rules with open tanyao and red fives. 3 players (sanma): 108 tiles, North bonus dora. 2 players: a one-on-one duel. - FOR SERIOUS PLAYERS Wait display: see your winning tiles and how many are left, with a furiten warning. Toggles for auto-win, no calls and auto-discard. Detailed rules: red fives, open tanyao, bankruptcy, agari-yame, West round and double ron. All-last shows how many points you need to take the top. Final scores with uma and oka. Dora and ura-dora indicators and a full fu breakdown on every win. A hand-by-hand log with a score graph, plus a replay that steps through the game you just played, one discard at a time. - NEW TO MAHJONG? Hints highlight the best discard and when to call riichi or ron. Auto play follows the hints for you, at three speeds. Tile info shows your shanten and useful draws, and colors your tiles by danger when someone is in riichi.
