One big button, for the moment you lose your temper. Touhou Anger Break is a log built around riding out the first six seconds of anger. Anger is said to peak in those first six seconds. Sitting through them alone is hard, so a partner from Gensokyo counts them for you. ■ How it works 1. Open the app when you're angry and press the big button 2. Pick how strong it is, 1 to 5 3. Your partner counts six seconds. Watching the circle shrink is all you have to do 4. Pick again afterwards. The difference is your record ■ What it does ・Two taps and the six seconds start. Nothing to read, nothing to choose ・It keeps the level before and after, so "did it help" is answered with a number ・Still boiling? "Six seconds more", as many times as you need ・One tap for the trigger: treated unfairly, nothing going your way, brushed aside, your own mistake, tired, or can't put it into words ・Optionally name what was underneath—anxiety, sadness, fatigue, fear or disappointment—with one tap ・Get a short, gentle reframing prompt matched to the feeling you chose ・Add a line if you want to. Leaving it blank is fine ・Review shows which triggers, underlying feelings and times of day come up most, as bars ・"Down by this much on average" is right there, so the reason to keep going is your own data ・Times you stopped partway are kept too.
