NTZ Play

NTZ Play is the client app for Netizency. It puts the social media content our team is preparing for your brand in one place, so you can look at it, approve it, or ask for changes — without digging through email threads or chat messages. WHAT YOU CAN DO Review your content See everything prepared for your brand in a single feed: the caption, the images or video, and the date it is planned for. Swipe through it, open a piece full screen, and zoom in on the artwork. Approve or ask for changes One tap to approve. If something is not right, leave a comment explaining what you would like changed. Your marketing team sees the decision straight away, and every approval and comment is recorded against that piece of content with your name and the time. Catch up with recaps When your team publishes a summary of what went out and how it performed, it appears in the app for you to read. Share a link Need a colleague's opinion before you decide? Generate a share link for a single piece of content and send it through any app on your phone. The link is temporary and shows only that one item. Save the artwork Save an approved image or video straight to your phone's gallery. Know when something needs you Turn on notifications and the app tells you when new content is waiting for your review. Nothing else is sent — no marketing, no promotions. Keep it private Lock the app with your fingerprint or face unlock, so anything you are reviewing stays covered when you hand your phone to someone or switch apps. HOW ACCESS WORKS NTZ Play is a private business app for clients of Netizency. There is no sign-up inside the app, and it is not useful without an account: your account is created for you by our team, and you sign in with the email address and password we send you. If you are a Netizency client and do not have a login yet, or you are not sure whether your brand uses NTZ Play, email [email protected] and we will sort it out. You only ever see the content prepared for your own brand. PRIVACY We collect what the app needs to work: your name and email address, the account you sign in with, the approvals and comments you make, and — if you turn notifications on — a notification token for your device. Crash reports help us fix problems. We do not use any of it for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. The full policy is at https://ntzplay.com/privacy You can delete your account and its data from Settings inside the app, or request deletion at https://ntzplay.com/delete-account SUPPORT Questions, a login problem, or something that looks wrong in the app: [email protected]
