An internet connection is only needed if you choose to open our website or send us an email. HOW ORDERING WORKS — PLEASE READ The order form in this app records your order on your own phone. It is not connected to a server, so submitting the form does not notify us and does not reserve stock. The order number it gives you is a local reference for your own records. To place the order with us, tap "Email this order to us" on the confirmation screen. That opens your own email app with the order details already filled in, so you can check them and send. We will reply to confirm availability, the final amount and the delivery date. An order is confirmed only once we have confirmed it with you. CASH ON DELIVERY ONLY The app takes no payment of any kind. There is no payment gateway, and it never asks for card, UPI, net banking or wallet details. You pay in cash when your parcel arrives. DELIVERY We ship across India. Delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days from the day we confirm your order, and can take longer for remote pin codes or during festival season.
