NeedleEye Live

NeedleEye – Stay in the Frame   NeedleEye is the official companion app for candidates participating in interviews and assessments conducted on the Needles & Haystacks AI-powered hiring platform.   Before your interview begins, NeedleEye guides you through a quick 360° environment scan — a one-time video capture that establishes your surroundings and confirms you're set up in a fair, distraction-free space. During the session, the app responds to periodic prompts from the platform to take a snapshot of your screen, keeping the process transparent and consistent for every candidate.   There's nothing to manage or monitor — NeedleEye works quietly in the background, activating only when the platform calls on it. What NeedleEye does: * One-time 360° video capture at the start of your session * Periodic screen snapshots triggered by the interviewing platform * Seamless handshake with the Needles & Haystacks platform What it doesn't do: * No continuous recording * No background monitoring between prompts * No data collection outside your active interview session NeedleEye is designed to make AI-assisted interviews fair and verifiable — for candidates and employers alike. If you've been invited to interview on the Needles & Haystacks platform, this app is your companion for the session.   NeedleEye requires an active interview session link from the Needles & Haystacks platform to function.
