Usher Scheduler Pro

Usher Scheduler Pro is a scheduling and communication app built for church usher and hospitality teams — designed for any church, of any size, to set up and run as its own independent, private team workspace. Whether you're organizing Sunday morning shifts, coordinating a special event, or just trying to keep your volunteer team in the loop, Usher Scheduler Pro brings everything your team needs into one place. SCHEDULING • Admins build and publish the team schedule, assigning ushers to specific roles, service times, and stations. • Ushers see their upcoming shifts at a glance and can set their own scheduling preferences (how often they're available, preferred service times, and more) so admins can build a schedule that actually works for the team. EVENTS • Post one-time or multi-date events with specific time slots. • Ushers mark which times they're available to serve. • Admins review availability and assign ushers directly onto the official schedule with one tap. TEAM MESSAGING • Team channels and direct messages, in real time. • Share photos, documents, and GIFs, react to messages, and stay connected with the whole team — or just one person. ANNOUNCEMENTS & NOTIFICATIONS • Admins can post announcements to the whole team. • Push notifications keep everyone informed without having to constantly check the app. TEAM DIRECTORY • A searchable directory of team members and their contact info, so ushers can reach each other quickly. MEETINGS & TRAINING • Share meeting details and training resources with the team, all inside the app. GETTING STARTED Joining an existing team is easy — just enter the team code your church admin gives you, verify your phone number, and you're in. Is your church starting fresh? New teams are created on the web at uspro.needhamtechstudio.com, where your church can set up its own independent, private workspace in just a few minutes. Usher Scheduler Pro is not affiliated with any single church — it's a standalone tool any church can use to run its own usher or hospitality team, with each team's data kept completely separate and private.
