NDT Pro is the field inspection app for nondestructive testing and welding inspection companies. Inspectors fill out standards-built forms on a tablet or phone, attach photos, sign on site, and the finished PDF is filed by job in cloud storage your company already owns. Company accounts are created at ndtproapp.com. YOUR RECORDS, IN YOUR STORAGE • Photos and signed PDFs are delivered to storage your company owns: Microsoft SharePoint or OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, or your own Amazon S3 or Cloudflare R2 bucket • Every job gets its own folder tree: photos by report type, reports, and superseded reports • File names carry the date, report number, type and version, so nothing is ever overwritten • Nothing is saved until the storage connection has been tested SIGNATURES THAT HOLD UP • The inspector's signature seals the report; peer reviewer and client representative signatures are supported on the same report • A signature captured offline is held on the device with its capture time and submitted on the next sync • A signed report is never edited in place. A later edit creates a new version, and every earlier signed PDF is kept • If someone other than the inspector edits a signed report, the inspector's signature is voided and must be given again; other signers keep their signature against the version they signed • Version history and change history are one tap from the PDF screen BUILT FOR THE JOB SITE • Offline first: create, edit and save reports with no connection, and everything syncs when you are back in range • Photos from the in-app camera or your gallery attach to the exact result they belong to and are embedded in the PDF, never linked • Site weather pulled in from the job address with one tap • PDFs are generated on the device and shared from the field • Designed for tablets; runs on phones too JOBS, TEAM AND EQUIPMENT • Jobs hold the customer, site address, contacts, supervisors, subcontractors, zones and levels, and every form on that job reads from them • Report numbers are assigned per job automatically • Roles for Company Admin, Project Manager and Inspector, with per-user permission overrides and job assignments that decide who sees which jobs • Equipment library with calibration logging, status badges and expiry alerts; scan a barcode to find an item • Certification expiry reminders for each inspector • Deleted jobs sit in Recently Deleted for 30 days before they are removed • In-app Help Center covering every screen PRICING NDT Pro is $100 per user per month with a 14-day free trial.
