Full description

Truzon Mitra is the official internal CRM and productivity application designed exclusively for Truzon's authorized employees, including sales executives, engineers, and marketing teams. This enterprise tool is built to streamline field operations and manage the entire sales pipeline on the go. Core Enterprise Features: Lead & Opportunity Management: Create, track, and update customer leads and sales opportunities directly from the field. Site Surveys & Quotations: Manage scheduled site surveys, record precise property details, and track project quotations. Activity & Visit Logging: Easily log daily site visits, client meetings, and maintain a detailed history of field interactions. Solar Calculator: A quick in-app calculator for evaluating solar project requirements on the spot. Location Tracking & Field Operations: Because our field executives spend their day traveling to various client sites, Truzon Mitra includes Live GPS Tracking & Route Mapping. The app requires location access (including in the background) to accurately log the routes taken by employees, calculate daily travel distances for reimbursements, and verify attendance at scheduled site surveys. This ensures operational efficiency, maintains accurate audit logs, and helps ensure the safety of our field staff during their working hours. Important Notice: This application is strictly an internal B2B tool for Truzon employees and is not intended for the general public. There is no in-app sign-up process. Users must log in using an active enterprise account and credentials provisioned by the Truzon system administrator.
