Natural Secretariat

Natural Secretariat is a working book for the person who keeps a company's statutory registers. It holds the five books as entries, with the arithmetic a secretariat works beside them, on the device. Type into one line and every entry across the five books narrows as you go, by reference, by book, by a particular or by a date. Entries outside the query stay in view as quiet stubs, so the whole book is on the screen. The same line opens the sheets. The allotment sheet takes the shares in issue, the number held and the number allotted, and gives the proportion before and after, the movement in percentage points, and the take-up that would hold it where it was. The band scale places that proportion on the four-band scale a register records, with the distance to each boundary. The filing calendar works the three dates of a private company's year from an accounting reference date. Every sheet prints the rule it worked from beside the result, so the figure can be worked by hand. Entries are kept on the device, and the index is there the moment the app opens.
