NatoMaki Staff

NatoMaki Staff is the app for the people behind the counter and the ones on the road — the team that gets a hot roll to a hungry door. If you're not part of the NatoMaki team, this isn't the app for you — grab NatoMaki instead and order something delicious. THE RUN RINGS LOUD When a new delivery is waiting, your phone rings — even with the screen off and the pocket closed. No refreshing, no missed runs, no silent phone that cost you an order. ONE TAP TO ROLL Accept a run straight from the alert. Everything you need is already there: the address, the route, the order and the customer's notes. No typing, no digging through screens. EVERY STEP, LIVE Your position updates as you move, so the kitchen knows exactly when to pack and the customer knows exactly when you're outside. No "where are you?" calls. No food going cold on a step. WORKS WHERE YOU WORK Basement car park, tunnel, dead zone — the app keeps going. Accept a run, mark a handover, log a collection PIN, and everything sends the moment you're back in range. Nothing is lost, nothing needs re-doing. THE KITCHEN SCREEN Orders arrive with everything spelled out — items, extras, table notes, timing. Accept it, fire it, hand it over. The screen tells you the moment a courier is at the door for the PIN. BUILT FOR A SHIFT, NOT A MEAL Sign in at the start, sign out at the end. Location runs only while you're on shift, and stops the second you hand the last order over. After work, your phone is your own again. SIMPLE BY DESIGN Big buttons, high contrast, one thing on the screen at a time — because you're reading it on a doorstep in the rain, not sitting at a desk. Made in Limassol, for the team that carries it. Download NatoMaki Staff and get on the road.
