Full description

Point your camera at any metal and know what it is in seconds. Metal Identifier uses AI vision to identify metals, alloys, and ores from a single photo — scrap finds, hardware, jewelry, coins, or that mystery piece in your garage. HOW IT WORKS 1. Snap a photo or upload one from your gallery 2. Optionally add what you know — is it magnetic? Heavy for its size? 3. Get ranked candidates with confidence scores, reasoning, and visual notes BUILT FOR REAL IDENTIFICATION • Confidence scores — no false certainty, see how sure the AI is and why • Differentiation tips — practical at-home tests to tell lookalikes apart (brass vs bronze, aluminum vs zinc, steel vs stainless) • Context-aware — magnetic and weight clues sharpen results PLANS • Free: 5 scans to try it out, no account needed • Basic: 200 scans/month — $4.99/mo or $39/yr • Pro: 2,000 scans/month for scrappers and professionals — $19.99/mo or $149/yr Results are AI-generated estimates from visual analysis and provided as guidance — for high-value decisions, confirm with professional testing.
