MileHawk: Mileage Log Tracker

MileHawk: Unlimited Mileage Log Take control of your mileage tracking without the battery drain or the monthly subscription. MileHawk is a manual mileage tracker designed for professionals, volunteers, and individuals who want 100% accuracy and total privacy. Whether you are tracking miles for IRS tax deductions, business reimbursement, charity work, or medical travel, MileHawk provides an unlimited, audit-proof solution at no cost to you. Why Choose Manual Entry? Automatic GPS trackers often log every trip to the grocery store or post office, forcing you to spend hours "cleaning up" your data. MileHawk puts you in the driver’s seat. By using mindful manual logging, you ensure that every mile recorded is intentional and 100% accurate. Save Battery: No background GPS tracking means your phone stays charged all day. Privacy First: We don’t track your every move. Your location is only used when you decide to log a trip. Audit-Proof: Manual entries with odometer readings are the gold standard for IRS and business records. Key Features Unlimited Everything: No caps on the number of trips, vehicles, or reports. Secure Cloud Sync: Your data is stored on our secure servers, ensuring you never lose your logs when you switch devices. Multi-Vehicle Support: Manage a fleet or personal vehicles separately within one account. Professional Reporting: Export your data instantly into PDF or CSV formats. Ready for your accountant, employer, or the IRS. Mindful Trip Logging: Start/Stop timer with odometer verification or quick manual entry for past trips. Customizable Rates: Support for Business, Charity, Medical, and Military rates. Adopt standard IRS rates or set your own custom reimbursement levels. Who is MileHawk For? Independent Contractors & 1099s: Maximize your tax deductions without the overhead of a $40/year app. Volunteer & Charity Workers: Track every mile of your service. Since charity rates are lower, don’t let a subscription eat your tax benefit! Medical Patients: Easily log travel to and from appointments for medical expense deductions. Military Personnel: Specialized tracking for PCS moves and official travel. Small Business Owners: A simple, cost-effective way for employees to submit mileage reports without complex software. Data You Can Trust Your data belongs to you. MileHawk is supported by non-intrusive mobile ads, allowing us to offer high-end features like cloud backup and unlimited reporting for free.
